Please understand that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our busy schedule exclusively for you. This also means that this time is no longer available to our other clients. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time.
Last minute cancellations
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 30% of the cost of your scheduled treatment.
For those clients who “reschedule” or cancel their appointment more than once they will be required to pay an upfront, non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the cost of their treatment in order to reserve their desired appointment time.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled treatment.
If you do not show up to your appointment and cancel last minute you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 100% of the cost of your treatment in order to reserve your desired appointment time or termination.
If you do not show up to an appointment that has been pre-paid such as a treatment that is part of a package, that treatment will be forfeited.
Bellisimo Spa and Wellness accepts payments for products and services in the form of cash, or credit card. Payments are to be made in full after your treatment prior to leaving the clinic.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the clinic.
