Treatment Policy

All treatments require a one-on-one consultation appointment today and take the first step towards achieving your goals. Consultations are 30 minutes to a hour.  A down payment is required for a consultation. 

If you are wanting a treatment in the same day, you will need to book a 1 hour consultation. This is your face and body, you do not want anyone to rush treatments. Certain treatments require more time and resources. We do not allow children under 14 into the spa due to liability reasons.

Booking Policies 

Since introducing our online booking system we have had a number of clients reschedule or cancel their appointments at the last minute and small amount who don’t show up to their appointments at all. As a small business this lost time and cost to our Clinic can no longer be ignored.

Please understand that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our busy schedule exclusively for you. This also means that this time is no longer available to our other clients. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time.

Last minute cancellations

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 30% of the cost of your scheduled treatment.

Last minute rescheduling 

If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 30% of the cost of your scheduled treatment. Please understand that we consider rescheduling your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time to be the same as canceling your appointment at the last minute and the same 30% fee will apply. 

For those clients who “reschedule” or cancel their appointment more than once they will be required to pay an upfront, non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the cost of their treatment in order to reserve their desired appointment time.

No shows 

If you do not show up or call for your appointment you will be subject to pay a non-refundable fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled treatment to be able to rebook on my schedule.

If you do not show up to your appointment and cancel last minute you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 100% of the cost of your treatment in order to reserve your desired appointment time or termination.

If you do not show up to an appointment that has been pre-paid such as a treatment that is part of a package, that treatment will be forfeited. 

Payments

Bellissimo Spa and Wellness accepts payments for products and services in the form of Cash, Venmo, Cherry Financing, check or credit card. Payments are to be made in full after your treatment prior to leaving the clinic.

Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the clinic.
